To begin with, you need to view the webcam with Internet Explorer. Other browsers, such as Firefox, do not work properly if you want to view the webcam. Please open Internet Explorer and point the browser to the URL http://66.255.212.166/

Click the link below. You will be prompted to download and/or install ActiveX software. You must click "OK" or you will not be able to view the camera images.

Next you should see a screen that looks like a camera with an authorization window. Leave "anonymous" in the window and do not enter a password. Scroll down to where you are asked to select the network type. Choose 512, then click OK.

You get three minutes on the camera until you need to refresh. Double-clicking the picture when it first loads up will make it bigger.

The camera is currently set on auto scan. It shows different positions around town for about a minute each.
